The Brief

Maintain excitement for the Mach-E customers as they go through the reservation process via email.

The Idea

Our strategy was to tap into the high anticipation that soon-to-be Mach-E owners would have by writing sharp and direct copy to keep customers eager for their first drive.

Creative Note

This email assignment was the first in a line of emails from Ford that eventually led us to win their CRM email account, becoming my focus for the next three years.
